Management Buyout for Loadpoint Bearings Limited
The directors of Loadpoint Bearings Limited, Ferndown, Dorset are pleased to announce that following a successful management buyout, the majority shareholding has been purchased from former parent company, Loadpoint Limited, Cricklade, Wilts.
From 30th September 2009, Loadpoint Limited, no longer has any financial interest in Loadpoint Bearings Ltd, specialists in air bearing and spindle manufacture.
The management team remains as Tony Snow, Managing Director, David Gilham, Director with Jonathan Parkes joining Tony and David as Sales Director.
The management team is keen to reassure existing customers that it will be business as usual with the former workforce still in place.
